Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or store credit once an order has been placed.
Human hair extensions, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and all other hair-related products are non-returnable after purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error on the part of Exclusive Human Hair, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To review your claim, you must provide:

● Clear photos of the product
● A full unboxing video
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
If your claim is approved, Exclusive Human Hair may offer a replacement, subject to product availability. Refunds are not guaranteed.
